If we go with the interpretation that the Dovah are heavily anti chaos then Chaos promptly shits itself. The Tau most likely have no idea what is going on and the Orks most likely don´t care beyond their usual hunger for battle. I could see something akin to what is currently happening in 40k where groups of Eldar work together with the Empire. I imagine the Eldar have several prophecies about it. It is most likely not something that would actually happen in a story, but plenty of stories could be build around preventing it.
